Once the challenge starts, on May 13, you will receive a PDF with the itinerary of the daily challenges. (Don’t worry – it’s not hard!)
Every weekday morning between may13 and 19
you will receive an email with the details of the challenge of that day.
Every day, the challenge of the day will be posted in our private facebook group
where all the participants of the challenge can share their work, ideas and results and get feedback and support from fellow mama’s and mama-to- be’s.

I am a wife and a mama to two beautiful little girls. Motherhood has completely changed my life and I absolutely love it! I wanted to empower new mothers who wanted to overcome exhaustion, overwhelm and sleep deprivation.
I am so blessed to be able to support newborn mothers during one of the most vulnerable times during a mothers journey. When I first became a mama, I thought I had to be perfect.
I tried to follow the examples I saw on blogs, in magazines and on TV. I finally realized that the best mum is not perfect, but a mama who loves herself and her child and does what she knows is best for her family. I now support mother’s just like you to have a peaceful postpartum, be prepared, find support, be nurtured, loved and find the circle of support all newborn mothers need & deserve.
